What we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your property address, name, phone number, and email address if you provide one. We also record which mailing or campaign brought you to the site, and standard analytics data such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. We do not collect payment information or government identification through this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about your property and your real estate options, by phone, text message, or email.
- To prepare the comparison of options you requested.
- To understand which of our mailings are reaching people, so we can improve them.
Text messages
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by call or text at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us not to call by telling us so. Consent is not a condition of working with us; you can also reach us directly at 818-679-5489.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with people who need it to help with your transaction (for example, our brokerage, an escrow or title company, or a buyer you choose to work with) and with the service providers that run this website and deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to assist you and as required by California real estate record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us below, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your California rights
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
